Sponsor a Project
Sponsor a Rebuilding Day project! For almost two decades, Rebuilding Together has partnered with Jersey City’s leading corporations, small businesses, professional organizations, and congregations to improve the lives of low-income citizens.
As a Rebuilding Day Sponsor you have the option to create a team-building experience with a group of employees and family members during Rebuilding Day.
Sponsors can also contribute financially without sending a volunteer team; this option makes it possible for us to include individual community volunteers who would not otherwise be able to participate and provides much needed funding for our year-round work in the community.

Donate Materials
We welcome your donations of building materials and gently-used appliances. Rebuilding Together can not always take donations due to limited storage space. We depend on local nonprofits and homeowners to identify what they need and will help them find it. Also, our limited volunteer board can rarely do pick-ups and drop-offs of materials.
Examples of frequently requested materials:
• Carpet tile in excellent condition
• Lumber
• Portable Room Dividers
• Cabinetry
• Conference tables
• Gently used appliances less than 5 years old including free standing gas stoves & refrigerators.
• Kitchen cabinets
• Light fixtures
• Plumbing fixture
Donate Time (Volunteer)
We are seeking skilled volunteers with construction experience – whether you are a professional tradesperson or a weekend warrior, we welcome your involvement. Professional or highly skilled carpenters, plumbers, electricians and painters increase the benefit and scope of what a renovation team can accomplish. Your expertise makes a big difference!
